Dark Lord gets two API streams at once
Dark Lord members can now run two Roleplay API streams in parallel. King keeps four.
Dark Lord members can now run two Roleplay API streams at the same time. King members keep four, and every other plan has one.
What changed
A stream is one reply being written for you right now. With two streams, you can keep two chats going side by side, for example two characters in two tabs or two clients, without one waiting for the other.
The Dark Lord pricing cards were updated on 2026-10-15 to say so. No prices changed. King members keep their four streams.
Streams are about replies in parallel, not about how many requests you can make in a day. Your daily request allowance is separate and works as before.
How the limit is counted
- The limit belongs to your account, not to each API key. Creating extra keys does not give you extra streams.
- The count covers replies that are being written at that moment. When one finishes, that stream is free again.
Using it
Point both chats at the same endpoint, https://kyrune.com/api/v1. You can use one key for both or a different key for each, because the limit is counted across all of your keys together.
This helps most when you roleplay in more than one place at once, or when you want to keep a second scene moving while the first is still writing.
Streams by plan
- Free, Supporter, Sponsor and Elite: 1 stream.
- Dark Lord: 2 streams.
- King: 4 streams.
Good to know
Dark Lord and King also have a priority lane and unlimited K Agent chat. Both of those were already part of the plans.
You do not need to do anything to use the second stream. If you are on Dark Lord, it is already active on your account.
